The deadline for applications is August 31st.

Must be board certified or board eligible or will be completing three years of clinical training in an ACGME or AOA accredited Residency Program. Must have an active or be license eligible in the State of California. Those who are currently applying for their California State license must have an active license within 90 days of starting fellowship. Failure to secure an active California license may result in non-participation with the fellowship program.
Interviews are scheduled weekly from October through mid-November. Informational program packets are distributed during the interviews. The interview team members then submit their ratings and collectively prepare a rank order of candidates. The designated staff person then enters the ranking list prior to the submission deadline.
As soon as the match results are received and are appropriate to release, the results are shared with each program director and letters of appointment are mailed and e-mailed to each new resident member.
All information submitted to the NRMP on the rank order lists is confidential. It will not be released or revealed in any manner that permits individual identification of either applicants or programs during the process.
Two fellowship positions are filled each year.
