Information For Applicants

Application & Eligibility

Applications are accepted directly through the Eisenhower GME office on a rolling basis through March 1, 2027 for a July 2027 start. Applicants must have completed an ACGME- or AOA-accredited Emergency Medicine residency by the fellowship start date. We review applications and conduct interviews on a rolling basis — early submission is encouraged.

We require:

  • Curriculum vitae
  • Personal statement (1–2 pages)
  • Three letters of recommendation, including one from your residency program director
  • USMLE/COMLEX transcripts
  • Verification of EM residency completion (or expected completion date)
  • California medical licensure (eligible by start date)
  • Submit complete application by March 1, 2027

Applications will be reviewed by Division faculty and applicants identified as strong candidates will be invited for an interview. Incomplete applications will not be considered.
NO Visas will be sponsored.
